This website provides general information about Jasso Construction Services, our background, our approach and the services we offer.
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not a project-specific assessment, recommendation or instruction.
2. Project-specific advice
Construction and facility decisions depend on the circumstances of the project, including site conditions, technical requirements, contractual responsibilities and applicable regulations.
Information on this website is not a substitute for project-specific advice from appropriately qualified professionals. Do not rely on general website content as an instruction to carry out construction work or make safety-critical decisions.
JCS provides construction consulting, advisory and technical support within the scope agreed for each engagement. Where engineering, architectural or legal opinions are required, JCS works alongside appropriately licensed professionals rather than representing those services as its own.
3. Inquiries and consulting engagements
Submitting a form, sending an email or requesting a consultation does not by itself establish a consulting relationship or confirm that JCS has accepted an engagement.
Any engagement will be subject to separately agreed terms covering the relevant scope, responsibilities, deliverables, fees and other conditions.
If an engagement agreement differs from these website terms, the engagement agreement governs the services provided under it.
4. Construction Operations Assessment
The Construction Operations Assessment is a paid service. Submitting an assessment request starts an inquiry; it does not book, purchase or guarantee an assessment.
The scope, fees and arrangements will be discussed and agreed before work begins.
Any subsequent JCS Project Operating System implementation or ongoing support will be agreed separately.
5. Information you submit
When contacting us, provide accurate information and share only material you are authorized to disclose.
Please do not submit confidential project documents or sensitive personal information through initial inquiry forms. If further information is needed, an appropriate sharing method can be agreed.
Submitting information does not transfer ownership of your material to JCS. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and any applicable engagement agreement.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use this website to:
Submit unlawful, fraudulent, threatening or abusive material.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority.
Introduce malicious software or interfere with the website’s operation.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
Infringe another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
7. Website content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise identified, website content is owned by JCS or used under a license or permission from its owner. This may include text, graphics, photographs, branding and other materials.

13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the website or business requirements change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date and will apply prospectively.
Changes to website terms do not automatically amend an existing signed engagement agreement.
