Meet Luke Jasso
Luke Jasso leads Jasso Construction Services, bringing a background in technical construction management, mechanical systems, controls, commissioning and field execution to his advisory work.
His experience includes mission-critical and complex facilities, modernization, energy optimization, owner’s representation, project recovery and execution planning.
His construction-defect experience includes building-envelope and mechanical-system conditions, bringing a practical field perspective to the review of documented conditions and repair considerations.

Luke’s background includes managing 10–12 concurrent modernization and energy-optimization projects totaling approximately $2M–$3M.
