JCS provides advisory support for project planning, technical construction management and coordination. We help owners and owner representatives assess the information available, understand the decisions ahead and establish clear priorities.
Support can include reviewing project conditions and requirements, identifying information gaps, coordinating stakeholder input and organizing actions for follow-through. The role and responsibilities are agreed for each engagement.

Construction Defect Assessment & Technical Support
Construction-defect matters require a disciplined review of existing conditions, project records, technical requirements and the work needed to address identified concerns.
JCS provides technical construction support involving building-envelope and mechanical-system conditions. Support can include existing-condition observations, document and photograph review, organization of defect-related information, assessment of proposed repair scopes, constructability and execution considerations, and coordination with owners, legal teams, contractors and licensed design professionals.
Each engagement is defined according to the client’s needs and the professional disciplines involved. Where engineering, architectural or legal opinions are required, JCS works alongside the appropriately licensed professionals rather than representing those services as its own.
