JASSO CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Turning fragmented project information into coordinated execution.

Construction information is spread across emails, drawings, spreadsheets, field reports and conversations. When those pieces do not connect, teams can struggle to see what is ready, what is blocked and what needs to happen next.

JCS helps owners, contractors and project teams organize that information and put it to work through the JCS Project Operating System.

WHO WE HELP

Practical support for complex construction projects

We work with owners and owner representatives, contractors and specialty contractors, and project and facility teams.

  • Planning a project?

Clarify the information, responsibilities and technical requirements that need to be in place before work begins.

  • Modernizing a facility?

Assess existing systems, coordinate mechanical, electrical and controls requirements, and plan around the needs of the facility.

  • Struggling with execution?

Identify constraints, resolve gaps in project visibility and establish practical priorities for the work ahead.

Great projects start with a clear understanding of what’s possible, a practical plan for what comes next, and the right people to see it through.
